Job Summary(岗位概述)
As a Senior Power Electronics Engineer, you will lead the advanced design, development, integration, and validation of power electronics systems and key components, playing a critical technical leadership role across the full product development lifecycle. Leveraging systems thinking and deep technical expertise, you will drive power electronics solutions toward optimal performance, reliability, efficiency, and manufacturability, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the E&ES organization to translate complex business and technical requirements into deliverable engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities(关键职责)
- Lead or play a key role in the design, development, and technical decision-making of power electronics systems and components, including power conversion and electric-drive-related electronic units.
主导或深度参与电力电子系统及部件的设计、开发与技术决策,包括功率转换、电驱动相关电子单元等。 - Define and review system- and component-level technical solutions, design specifications, and interface requirements.
定义并评审系统级与部件级技术方案、设计规范及接口要求。 - Guide and support prototype build, system integration, testing, performance analysis, and root-cause failure analysis.
指导并支持样机搭建、系统集成、测试验证、性能分析及失效根因分析。 - Apply systems thinking to identify design risks and drive cross-disciplinary solutions.
运用系统性思维识别设计风险,并推动跨学科解决方案落地。 - Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and manufacturing teams to balance performance, cost, and manufacturability.
与机械、电气、软件、系统及制造团队协同合作,在性能、成本与可制造性之间实现最佳平衡。 - Participate in supplier technical evaluations, capability assessments, and joint resolution of critical technical issues.

审核并完善技术文档、设计评审资料及测试报告。 - Stay current with emerging technologies, materials, and industry trends in power electronics and related fields, and convert them into product improvement opportunities.

Required Skills(必备技能)
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field).
工程类本科及以上学历(电气工程、电子工程、机电一体化或相关专业)。 - Product Design & Development (Senior Level): Demonstrated experience in designing complex products or systems from concept through production launch.
产品设计与开发(高级水平):具备从概念设计到量产导入的复杂产品或系统开发经验。 - Technical Analysis & Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex engineering challenges in a structured manner and develop practical solutions.

Professional Skills(专业技能)
- Hands-on development experience in power electronics, electric drive, electrical systems, or new energy related products.
具备电力电子、电驱动、电气系统或新能源相关产品的实际开发经验。 - Solid understanding of power devices, power conversion topologies, and system-level integration; familiarity with C/Matlab, motor-control-related software development, CANape, CANalyzer, and CAN communication protocols is highly valued.
熟悉功率器件、功率转换拓扑及系统级集成;具备C/Matlab开发能力、一定的电机控制相关软件背景,以及CANape、CANalyzer和CAN通讯协议经验者优先。 - Experience in mentoring engineers or serving as a technical lead on engineering projects.
