We offer an Internship Program for a period of 6 months
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Undergraduate to join Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) in Singapore. CISD’s mission is to build the services development, marketing and sales execution capabilities needed to develop customer-focused strategies that accelerate services growth. We aim to make Caterpillar, Cat dealers and CI Customers SERVICES STRONG.
What You Will Do
Conduct data analytics to help identify key sales trends, opportunities and customer insight in the market.
Support ASC (Aftermarket Services Consultant) to the quarterly validation of customer list claimed for sales support program.
Support the analysis by customer segmentation & by channel to justify effectiveness of sales supporting programs, based on prioritized AMOs and tactical plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to better understand data analysis requirement & align the deliverables.
Coordinate global team to conduct data related training and Q&A session, such as new dashboard training, metrics definition.
Collect regional unmet data request and support the team to communicate the request with global data team.
What You Have
Currently pursuing degree in business/marketing/data analysis or equivalent years of on-the-job experience.
Demonstrated interest in the sales and data analysis discipline.
Proficiency in written and spoken English. (Mandarin/Japanese/Bahasa language will be an added advantage but not required)
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Learning Outcomes
Intern will have the opportunities to immerse in sales execution, marketing tactics, channel strategy, lead generation/sales conversion analytics.
