Territory Sales Manager

MWM Austria GmbH is looking for a Territory Sales Manager in Hungary to support the company’s initiative to promote Engine products and services in Eastern Europe. In your position you would work individually overseeing the sales activities of the segment for your responsible territory.

What Will You Do:

• Taking on and processing customer enquiries for sales and service

• Consulting on, preparing and follow-up on customer-specific offers

• Conduct independent technical and commercial contract negotiations

• Development of flexible solutions for customer needs

• Collaboration across departments; close cooperation with the headquarters in Austria and Mannheim

• Active customer acquisition

• Participation in trade fairs and representative events

• Prepare market analysis

What You Will Have:

• Degree of higher education or equivalent experience in manufacturing engineering or related industry segments

• Ability to work individually and take initiative

• Exceptional communication skills in Hungarian and English and the ability to deliver important messaging effectively,

• Extensive knowledge of negotiating methods

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently nationwide (sometimes 3 or 4 times per week)

• Knowledge of MS Office programs including user-level Excel knowledge (for the preparation of market research)

Top Candidates May Also Have:

• Proven record in energy, chemical or mechanical industries

• Romanian and /or German language knowledge

• SalesForce DC user-lever knowledge
