1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:15 AM - 2:15 PM, Overtime as business needs require
1st Shift Starting Pay: $21.70/hour
Job duties may include the following:
Cross-functional communication to complete tasks.
Effective teamwork
Provides summaries to leadership
Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, logistics and operations
Serve as the coordinator for customer visits.
Assist in budget preparation and control activities.
Assist in basic scheduling tasks.
Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and e-mail
Physical requirements may include the following:
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Ability to perform repetitive operations; Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Minimum requirements include:
Experience with purchasing/inventory/buying systems
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Excel)
Top candidates will have:
Associate's degree
At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing/inventory management
Experience with Nextgen/Coupa
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced Problem Solving/Troubleshooting Ability
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
2 years of related administrative support experience

Summary Pay Range:
$21.70 - $27.35Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
