Role Definition:
Plans, designs, supervises, and supports civil works and facility services for new and existing company sites, ensuring buildings, grounds, utilities, and common areas remain safe, reliable, functional, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plans and overseas civil work, building maintenance, grounds, drainage, roads, parking areas, and general facility services.
- Develops drawings, scopes of work, cost estimates, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Leads construction, renovation, repair, inspection, commissioning, and handover of facility projects.
- Assesses structural, architectural, and infrastructure issues, performs root cause analysis, and coordinates corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with construction codes, permits, environmental requirements, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Coordinates internal stakeholders, service providers, suppliers, and contractors throughout project and maintenance execution.
- Manages civil and general services projects and identifies opportunities to improve facility condition, service quality, sustainability, and cost.
Degree Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Advanced English.

- Clearly communicates scopes, service requirements, risks, findings, and recommendations to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Prepares concise reports, specifications, budgets, project updates, inspection records, and handover documentation.
Plant Facilities Management:
- Supports buildings, grounds, roads, drainage, common areas, and contracted general services, assessing condition, capacity, compliance, and service performance.
- Coordinates safe inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, minor construction, renovations, and contractor work with minimal operational disruption.
Problem Solving:
- Uses structured analysis, inspections, drawings, maintenance data, and technical assessments to identify root causes of facility and service issues.
- Implements and verify corrective actions that improve safety, facility reliability, service quality, and availability.
Process Management:
- Improves workflows for service requests, inspections, maintenance planning, contractor control, construction changes, and project handover.
- Maintains controlled records and monitors service levels, recurring failures, response times, costs, and improvement opportunities.
Project Management:
- Defining scope, budget, schedule, resources, specifications, permits, service requirements, and acceptance criteria for civil and facility projects.
- Coordinates execution and tracks risks, costs, quality, milestones, documentation, and contractor commitments while minimizing operational impact.
Technical Troubleshooting:
- Diagnoses defects in buildings, finishes, roofs, pavements, drainage, plumbing, sanitary systems, and other civil infrastructure.
- Safely isolates affected areas and documents findings, repairs, verification results, and lessons learned.
Top candidates may also possess:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Expertise with industrial buildings, structural repairs, roofs, roads, drainage, utilities, and critical facility assets.
- Expertise managing general services contracts, preventive maintenance programs, renovations, and construction projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Lean Six Sigma, project management, workplace safety, facilities management, or sustainable building certification.

- This position is six-day a week in-office model
