Job Description：

Manufacturing Project Engineer is to support process development projects for the continuous improvement of the safety, quality, velocity and cost of manufacturing.

• Providing technical expertise and guidance in major manufacturing projects, working with internal/external suppliers to support and improve manufacturing productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Implementing major systems and coordinating those systems across the entire plant operation.
• Communicating with suppliers to analyze current or proposed product/process designs, determining the feasibility of existing solutions or recommending design modifications to improve process and product performance.
• Providing guidance to manufacturing engineers and operators to develop high-quality products and robust manufacturing processes.
• Leading automation, simulation, and digital twin initiatives to improve PQVC performance. Designing and deploying smart manufacturing solutions, validating process improvements through simulation models, and leveraging digital twin technologies to optimize production systems, enhance operational visibility, and enable predictive decision-making.

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), or Project Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, engineering processes, production capacity, and cross-functional project execution.
• Demonstrated ability to execute complex manufacturing projects, strong capabilities in data analysis, structured problem-solving, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering business results.
• Experience in Smart Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Digital Factory, Simulation, or Digital Twin technologies.
• Strong project leadership skills, enabling continuous improvement in performance across manufacturing operations.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience with C#, .NET Framework, or other programming languages and development platforms is preferred.
