Role Definition

• Supports the IT function with assisting in areas like development, testing and implementing application systems with guidance.
• Builds applications using a diverse number of programming languages.
• Builds data transformation using industry standards and methodologies.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participates in IT functions like developing, coding and testing computer programs with guidance.
• Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation with guidance.
• Participate in contributing solutions for programming system operations, including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
• Provides L2 and L3 support.

Skill Descriptors

Technical Analysis: Knowledge of the concepts, methodologies, and activities in technical analysis; ability to forecast the direction of technical landscape using technical indicators and take collective actions.
Level Basic Understanding:
• Lists commonly used technical analysis tools and technologies.
• Documents key technical analysis procedures and policies.
• Describes basic concepts and major activities associated with technical analysis.
• Identifies the sources of information to extract the required data and technical indicators.

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
Level Basic Understanding:
• Cites examples of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Describes basic concepts and major activities associated with requirements analysis.
• Explains the life cycle context and scope of requirements analysis.
• Explains the structure and components of effective requirements analysis documents.

System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
Level Basic Understanding:
• Describes major components of system testing used by the organization.
• Documents the standard processes and procedures involved in system testing.
• Explains the importance of thorough system testing prior to implementation.
• Identifies common errors that occur in standard system testing activities.

Required Qualifications:

• IT Engineer or related Experience
• 80% de Ingles English level, written and oral communication
• 2 years experience C# Web Programming
• 2 years experience Web Programming
• knowledge of current technology including one or more of the following: programming languages, computing software
• Experience on leading improvement projects
• Provides effective communication and services in solving production problems or pursuing operations improvements
• C# with MVC 5 and Bootstrap Programming
• SQL skilled
• Agile Experience
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with automated testing frameworks (usage)

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ASAP, Bootstrap or Related Frameworks
• Microservice and API Experience
• AWS Experience (optional)
• Snowflake Experience (optional)
• Knowledge and experience of one or more of the following business processes:
  • Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing
  • Human Resources
  • Finance
