职位描述：
1. 注重个人及他人安全。
2. 负责单边工厂（400系列&1100&1200&900系列）发动机故障维修，严格按照返修流程标准，发现异常及时反馈。
3. 不定期出差（客户端短期驻厂支持），快速支持客户，现场问题解决和排查反馈。
4. 适应倒班（早中班）
5. 发动机故障的根本原因分析，行动措施的实施与跟踪。
6. 除负责区域外，对GRA其他区域受过培训工作，能够独立操作
7. 合理分配工作的优先级
8. 严格执行TPM工作计划，可以发现TPM不足之处，努力提高工作效率
9. 维护工作区域内5S要求，分数在4.5分以上。
10. 具备良好的沟通能力和维修报告填写能力。
任职要求：
1. 正直，良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神，真诚交流。
2. 吃苦耐劳，适应差旅要求
3. 中专及以上学历
4. 具备良好的5S和TPM（全员生产维护）理念
5. 了解故障根本原因分析（鱼骨图，5WHY，）。
6. 有一定的机械和电气基础
7. 具有良好的安全意识，个人连续12个月无任何因个人原因导致的伤害记录
8. 熟练的使用 Excel,word ，PPT技能
9. 有较强的责任心，能主动承担行动后果。
10. 工作与生活时间合理安排，确保出差的连续稳定性
