About the Role
Supports customer inquiries for order lead time and order configuration change. Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system.
What You Will Do
- Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
- Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.
- Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.
- Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.
- Primary contact with other departments departament to manage sales and customer priorities.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business).
- English from intermediate conversational to advanced

Forecasting
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis, trend evaluation, and demand tracking.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (ERC) applied to demand planning and control.
- Ability to analyze demand peaks in high detail, working collaboratively with customers to align volumes and expectations.
Problem Solving
- Ability to manage internal demand-related issues, ensuring proper and timely escalation when required.
- Strong capability to identify key demand drivers and apply advanced analytical skills to resolve demand variability.
Demand Management
- 1 to 3 years working in customer service or demand-related functions, with direct involvement in order and customer requirement management.
- Ability to balance customer requirements with plant operational capacities.
Effective Communication
- Ability to deliver advanced-level feedback to customers based on plant performance and results.
- Skill in developing and delivering intermediate to advanced presentations to communicate plant results, risks, and action plans to customers.
Planning and Organizing
- Intermediate proficiency in SAP, specifically in the CBS module, for planning, tracking, and controlling demand and order processes.
Top Candidates will also have:
- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps.
