The Demand & Order Intern supports the Demand & Order Management team in forecasting, order processing, and data analysis to ensure accurate demand planning and smooth order fulfillment. This role provides hands-on exposure to supply chain operations, demand planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in demand forecasting by collecting, analyzing, and validating sales and order data
Support order management activities, including order entry, tracking, and status updates
Support to finish green sheet/ shop change process as order team member
Prepare regular reports and dashboards related to demand, orders, and inventory
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree major in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems is a plus
Good attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of demand planning, supply chain, or order management processes
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
