As the Director of Finance for Product Support & Logistics Division, you will provide leadership and oversight of financial reporting and forecasting function as well as provide strategic counsel and business insights to drive performance and deliver profitable growth. This role must work across highly diverse and global teams to deliver insights that drive the business forward and partner with the business to develop solutions and services that meet customer needs and drive profitable growth. This role reports to the Division CFO of the Product Support & Logistics Division (PSLD).
What You Will Do:

Provide overall PSLD services growth financial support, including reporting, governance, detail analysis, and strategy support.

Support overall PSLD efforts to improve managed cost structure. Collaborate with other segments to align on business outcomes and drive improvement in PSLD’s dealer facing initiatives.

Lead all aspects of reporting, governance and execution of projects supporting material cost reduction goals in support of PSLD’s component, distribution, logistics and procurement strategy.

Closely align with component and segment teams on material cost forecast/actuals in support of ABP and RBM submissions. Work closely with the Services Distribution & Digital (SD&D) Procurement category teams to develop forecast, identifying risk and opportunities to successful plan.

Champion a compliance first culture through ensuring high integrity reporting and a strong financial and regulatory control environment.

Leadership: Extensive experience and knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.

Financial Analysis: Extensive experience and knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.

Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Expert level knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.
Top Candidates May Also Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline with a strong background in accounting and budget development

Summary Pay Range:
$185,400.00 - $278,160.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
