Role Summary

As an India Production Apprentice, you will play a key role in building world-class Backhoe Loader and Skid Steer Loader machines. This role involves hands-on assembly of machine components, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components as per Standard Work Instructions (SWI).
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and lifting equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and 5S practices to maintain a clean and safe shopfloor environment.
• Work closely with Team Leads to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform basic visual inspections for fitment accuracy, alignment, and torque compliance.
• Escalate abnormalities, defects, or process deviations immediately to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement activities like Kaizen, Lean initiatives, and waste reduction.
• Maintain documentation and data entries related to production and processes.
