Customer Solutions Growth Regions Division – Join us!

This team, alongside dealers, engages closely with customers to create, customize and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing.

The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and Latin America (LATAM) and organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions and Business Enablers.

This role is part of the Technology, Products & Services team focused on designing and delivering customer solutions leveraging full autonomy solutions across Cat & SEM to deliver customer outcomes.

Role Definition
The Global Product Marketing Consultant as Market Professional for Autonomous Haulage Systems (AHS) is responsible for leading regional commercialization and deployment strategies for Caterpillar autonomous solutions. This role focuses on accelerating adoption, improving customer outcomes, and delivering profitable growth Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and Latin America (LATAM).

The incumbent operates as a senior individual contributor with a high level of knowledge and experience, provides a future vision of technology by influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership while representing the voice of the customer throughout product lifecycle and site deployment phases.


What You Will Do

  • Develop global AHS commercialization strategy aligned with global product direction
  • Define target customers, mine profiles, and deployment opportunities across region
  • Establish differentiated value proposition versus competitors and alternative operating models
  • Lead go-to-market execution for AHS deployments across all regions
  • Train global sales teams and dealers on AHS value and positioning
  • Build standardized ROI models (haul cycle efficiency, utilization, cost per ton)
  • Support customer investment decisions and internal approval processes
  • Support pricing strategies for AHS solutions, including subscription and service models
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Digital, and Services teams
  • Support NPI and Gateway reviews from commercialization and customer perspective
  • Track KPIs including pipeline, win rate, deployments, and revenue contribution
  • Collaborating with other internal teams to get alignment on timelines, understanding marketing goals, and developing the marketing autonomous solutions roadmap.

Additional Information:

  • Must be able to travel at least 50%

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
