岗位职责:

1、充分了解对本团队的工作要求并合理分配团队成员的工作，以保证团队的有效运转

2、与其他相关部门进行有效沟通，协调并解决日常工作中出现的问题

3、对小组员工工作进展进行指导，跟踪。对小组工作进行总结并及时报告给上级主管

4、按主管要求向小组员工提供足够的业务流程/指导书培训

5、熟悉所有相关的EHS流程，对团队员工提供安全培训和跟踪，及时反馈工作环境中的安全隐患

6、协助上级主管对专项事件进行跟踪

7、为上级主管提供其需要的信息及数据

8、至少管理10人左右的团队工作，并协助主管完成团队员工的绩效考核

9、具有一年管理1个以上的团队工作经验，熟练的处理现场的问题，岗位操作技术全面

10、能够组织正常的实物盘点，分析差异产生的原因

11、主管指定的其它任务

背景/经验:

1、技校、高中及以上学历

2、叉车驾驶证，并2年以上叉车驾驶经验

3、至少6年或以上仓库工作经验

4、熟练操作Office

5、熟悉SAP WM，MM的相关管理要求

6、熟悉仓库及基本的生产流程

7、良好的沟通及分析能力

8、熟悉EHS流程，并很强的EHS意识

9、一年以上仓库业务和人员管理经验
