Job Summary:

Caterpillar's Construction Digital & Technology (CD&T) exists to support enterprise efforts to deliver value-added services to customers. The Commercial Support Analyst will support the overall commercial and Go-To-Market strategy to grow adoption of CD&T key technologies inclusive of VisionLink and other emerging technologies. The individual will provide administrative, communications and commercial support for the VisionLink portfolio. Candidate will support standard work duties for VisionLink sales variance programs, Cat Digital Support claims and global billing support.

What You Will Do:

• Supports implementation of VisionLink and Grade discount programs for Managed Accounts and GCI nurture campaigns.
• Coordinates credits processes and goodwill claims for VisionLink as needed
• Troubleshoots and resolves common commercial issues. Escalates as per procedures and identifies areas of improvement.
• Resolves all Cat Digital Support hand ups to meet SLA timeframes.   
• Maintains key dealer reference documents such as Product Link Parts and Service Guide, Help Center documents and ad hoc billing communications.  
• Participates in VOC and VOD initiatives to document unmet needs.
• Documents standard work and key commercial processes and best practices.
• Assists with core communications and website needs.
• Supports CD&T department procurement needs.
• Provides event support as needed.
• Coordinates Culture Club activities to increase engagement.
• Coordinates workshop and supports project deliverables as needed.  
• Provides administrative support to A&A leaders, as needed. as needed.
• Provides project coordination support to NPI teams, as needed.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• 2+ years of specific job-related industry experience
• 2+ years of administrative or event planning support.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or project coordination support.

The location for this position is Mossville, IL

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

This position will require less than 10% travel.

Summary Pay Range:

$79,800.00 - $119,760.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
