Job Summary

The Quality Analyst will serve as a Quality Engineer within Drivetrain facility, responsible for managing process quality and customer quality issues end-to-end. This role focuses on problem identification, root cause analysis, tracking, and closure. The position also drives CQMS adoption and Lean practices at the facility level, including developing guidelines and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage process quality and monitor key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead customer quality issue resolution, including root cause analysis and closure tracking.
  • Utilize CQMS (or similar systems) for quality data management and traceability.
  • Promote Lean implementation within the drive train facility, including activities and guideline development.
  • Identify quality improvement opportunities and implement structured solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, etc.
  • Support training and capability building in quality management.

Required Skills

  • Experience in quality management, including process and customer quality.
  • Knowledge of CQMS or equivalent quality systems.
  • Understanding of Lean principles and tools.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability.
  • Ability to use English as a working language.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar digital tools.
  • Experience in manufacturing (preferably drivetrain or industrial sector).
  • Hands-on experience with Lean projects or initiatives.
