Role Summary
This position enables go-to-market success and sales execution by providing deep expertise across an assigned portfolio of products, services, and solution offerings, helping shape customer-focused solutions that drive business growth.
What You Will Do (Job Duties)
Serve as the subject matter expert for solution offerings at the point of sale, delivering training on applied technology, job efficiency, and safety to customers, internal teams, and dealer sales personnel.
Conduct performance studies and assess jobsite efficiency to identify customer requirements, uncover incremental sales opportunities, and support business cases for product improvements and new product introductions.
Manage marketing technology tools and systems, partnering with key stakeholders to develop and advance the solutions offering roadmap in support of business growth.
Collaborate across internal teams to align timelines, clarify marketing objectives, and support execution of strategic solutions offering initiatives.
Design and enable integrated solution offerings that align products, services, digital capabilities, and business processes to deliver targeted customer and business outcomes.
Translate complex customer and business needs into scalable, repeatable solution designs that connect strategy to execution.
Partner cross-functionally to shape solution approaches, drive alignment, and support successful implementation and adoption.
Influence solution direction through technical expertise, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a senior individual contributor capacity.

Top Candidates Will Also Have
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of professional, job-related experience.
Previous work experience with Caterpillar dealers in the Sales, Operations, or Marketing space.
Previously demonstrated experience in a staff role that required management of multiple projects and senior leadership report-outs.
Working knowledge of dealer or distribution networks, including collaboration with sales, service, and channel partners.

Locations for this position are in Peoria, IL, Cary, NC, or Dallas, TX

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
