• 材料科学或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 良好的学习沟通能力和团队合作精神
• 对冶金技术有浓厚兴趣，愿意不断学习和挑战

Job Duties

1. 支持产品组新产品热处理工艺开发
2. 支持卡特中国工厂/供应商热处理工艺的改进
3. 为卡特东亚国家供应商提供热处理能力评估
4. 负责热处理零部件失效分析/破坏性检测

Requirements:
1. 金属材料工程专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的金属材料基础知识（热处理、钢材、锻造或焊接）
2. 沟通能力强，善于处理人际关系，团队合作能力强
3. 主动学习能力强，掌握快速学习方法
4. 具备英语读写能力
5. 高级 MS Excel 工具；掌握Python编程能力者优先
6. 可接受商务出差 （10%左右工作时间）

Prefer:
1. 具备一定的项目管理能力
2. 具备一定的英语听说能力
