Job Description:

The Director of Engineering & Product Management will be part of our SPM Oil & Gas Division. SPM Oil & Gas provides superior products and service solutions to Oil & Gas customers in upstream, production, transportation, refining, and related industries.

This Director will be responsible for managing strategic and business decisions related to products and services utilizing the Operating and Execution model to create, develop, position and market the offerings.

Responsibilities:
•    Gathering marketplace requirements and setting direction for future product and services evolution.
•    Developing business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, product and services launches and life cycle management activities.
•    Monitoring problem areas (negative Operating Profit After Capital Charge); defining or approving planned product and services enhancements.
•    Participating in quality assessment and improvement processes.

Location:

This role will be based in Ft. Worth, TX. Domestic relocation is available for this role.

Summary Pay Range:

$199,680.00 - $299,520.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
