Role Definition
This role is responsible for the design, integration, validation, and deployment of remote services on vehicles or machines. This role ensures seamless integration of hardware, software, communications, and cloud-based services to enable features such as remote monitoring, diagnostics, software updates, data analytics, and fleet management.

The Autonomy Validation Specialist supports the successful test and validation of Command for Hauling by ensuring the validation team has the plans, configurations, information, and coordination needed to execute effectively. Working closely with the L8 Validation Lead, this role focuses on validation readiness, issue management, test planning coordination, and release alignment.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining validation rigor by owning key processes, plans, and documentation that enable consistent, high‑quality validation outcomes. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and cross‑functional coordination, the Autonomy Validation Specialist helps ensure validation activities are well‑planned, properly configured, and aligned with quality and delivery expectations.

• Support the Command for Hauling L8 Validation Lead by coordinating and maintaining validation processes, plans, and documentation that enable the validation team to execute effectively.
• Own issue management activities, including ongoing tracking of issues, auditing escapes as they are entered, monitoring backlog health, and ensuring visibility of issue status.
• Support software release management by maintaining software version matrices, auditing release content, and ensuring validation teams are aligned to the correct software configurations.

About The Role:
The Production Scheduling Manager supervises, schedules, coordinates, and controls the production schedules; reviews and manages the production process efficiency and quality for multiple product lines.

What Will You Do:

• Analyzing and troubleshooting planned production scheduling problems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements
• Directing complex production schedules; reviewing workflow of production workers, inventory levels, capacity constraints, machine breakdowns, product quality, etc. to ensure operational excellence
• Provide accurate and timely quotes to internal and external customers
• Manage and communicate operational constraints in alignment with the Sales and Operations process

Vous travaillez en collaboration étroite avec des partenaires issus de différents départements de l’entreprise afin de comprendre et formaliser les besoins métiers. Vous intervenez sur l’identification et la qualification des sources de données, participez à la structuration des bases de données et concevez des outils de reporting, de suivi et d’aide à la décision. Dans ce cadre, vous réalisez également des analyses croisées apportant une réelle valeur ajoutée au pilotage des activités.

Profil et Compétences requises :

Vous avez validé un BAC+3 et souhaitez préparer un Master Management des Systèmes d’Information (ou équivalent) en contrat d’apprentissage sur 2 ans. Vous êtes admis(e) dans un centre de formation.

Compétences techniques :

• Capacité à extraire et exploiter des données issues de bases structurées (Oracle, SQL, DB2) et non structurées (Excel, Access, fichiers CSV),

Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. In PSLD, as within all of Caterpillar, our priority is our customers and helping them build a better world. At our Morton Distribution Center, PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution.

Shifts:
Actual shift availability varies week by week. Successful candidates will be started as soon as a position becomes available on their requested shift. Please note that this could mean a sizable waiting period before starting.

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm ($19.91/hour with an additional $1.00/hour night shift premium)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday night to Thursday 11pm -7am ($19.91/hour with an additional $1.00/hour night shift premium)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists. Keep in mind, not all available positions operate equipment.
• Report defects and need for repairs.
• Utilize pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers.
• Utilize tools for the application of paint and rust preventative.
• Perform housekeeping functions as required.
• Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

Role Summary

Working hands-on with construction equipment, customers, and dealers, this role consults on machine product problem management within an assigned territory for Caterpillar machines. What You Will Do:

• Drive and support Dealer Product Problem Management process; including in proactively identifying and resolving complex technical product issues, failure analysis, identifying interim technical solutions, communicating with engineering, and goodwill decisions to maximize customer experience.

What will you do:
The role will manage material planning, purchasing, inventory controls, compliance, daily day to day Logistics management and warehouse ownership. Today the team is approx. 15+ people, including our logistics operators. You will work as part of the facility leadership team and as part of a global SC team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining communications with operations, procurement, logistics, and distribution. Creating integrated processes to streamline supply chains.

• Interacting with sales, engineering, and facilities management on production schedules and expected deliverables.

• Managing and directing the logistics specialists, including training, hiring, and coaching.

• Establishing key performance metrics and benchmarks to guide supply chain planning and forecasting; monitoring planned vs. actual performance and presents results to senior management.

• Managing relationships with internal customers, coordinating and integrating planning processes.

Vous réalisez des observations terrain afin de comprendre les flux logistiques existants. Vous collectez les données nécessaires (temps, volumes, déplacements, ressources impliquées) et formalisez ces informations de manière structurée pour permettre une vision précise des processus d’assemblage et des interactions entre les différentes équipes.

2. Analyse de données :

À partir des informations collectées, vous effectuez des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives pour identifier des axes d’amélioration. Vous contribuez ainsi à mettre en évidence les écarts entre la situation actuelle et les performances attendues, et participez à la préparation des éléments d’aide à la décision pour les équipes projet.

3. Réflexion autour de solutions d’automatisation

En appui des chefs de projet, vous participez à l’identification et à l’évaluation de solutions visant à automatiser ou simplifier les flux logistiques.
Cela peut inclure la comparaison de différentes approches techniques, l’étude de faisabilité, ou la préparation de supports permettant de présenter les options retenues aux parties prenantes.

• Réaliser des audits des processus d’approvisionnement et de gestion des flux.
• Modéliser les processus existants (cartographies) et identifier les axes de simplification et d’amélioration,

2. Développement d’outils d’aide à la décision

• Initier la conception de tableaux de bord logistiques (KPI, suivi d’activité, performance des flux),

• Participer à l’automatisation et la mise en qualité des données utilisées dans les reportings.
  

3. Accompagnement des utilisateurs

4. Création de documentation

Profil et Compétences requises :

Vous avez validé un niveau Bac+3 ou Bac+4 et préparez un Master dans l’une des filières suivantes : Logistique / Supply Chain Management, Génie Industriel, Management des SI intégrant une forte dimension logistique. Vous êtes admis dans un Centre de Formation et recherchez un contrat d’apprentissage de 12 ou 24 mois.

Compétences techniques

The incumbent would be responsible for supporting the Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance, Internal Financial Control (IFC) program by ensuring adherence to enterprise and business unit policies, internal financial control requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Job Description

This role has been created to support continued expansion and the introduction of new technologies across Caterpillar’s electrical components portfolio, including sensors, electronic control modules (ECMs), and communication systems. As new technology initiatives accelerate, this position plays a critical role in managing both new product introductions and the ongoing performance of existing suppliers, with a strong focus on quality and capacity to meet business demand.

On a day-to-day basis, this role monitors supplier performance using PowerBI and other data tools to understand defect trends, rejection causes, and failure modes. You will work directly with global suppliers at their manufacturing facilities to ensure product quality and requirements are met. This will include approving Production Part Approval Process (PPAP’s) for new and changed parts, tracking and approving Process Change requests from suppliers, driving corrective actions to resolve defects received in our facilities, and validating supplier production capacity is adequate to meet our demand. The role includes weekly performance reviews, ongoing supplier communication, and monthly capacity discussions.

You will be part of a highly collaborative, global team with regional representation across the U.S., India, Europe, China, and Mexico. While team members support different suppliers and regions, they work closely together to share best practices, reduce risk, and minimize travel through regional support. This role is closely aligned with the engineering product design team in Mossville, working side-by-side with engineering counterparts to support product development and deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions leveraging our global supply base.

Responsibilities:

• Generating reports on supplier quality, by monitoring their defect rates and areas that can lead to potential flaws; Guiding suppliers to reduce these defect rates.

Salary: £49,500 - £61,800 depending on skills demonstrated

The Opportunity:

As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure materials, processes and products meet company and customer quality standards across all products and projects. The role focuses on auditing, quality data analysis and supporting Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) within a regulated environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and support ongoing quality improvement.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Perform audits across materials, processes and products to ensure conformance to company quality standards and customer requirements.

• Review internal and external non‑conformances, analyse trends and support Root Cause Corrective Action with internal teams, suppliers and customers.

• Conduct measurement systems analysis and analyse quality data to identify issues, risks and improvement opportunities, communicating findings clearly.

• Maintain accurate quality system documentation and records, ensuring compliance within the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Participate in and provide technical support for internal and external audits, including follow‑up, tracking and closure of corrective actions.

• Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) activity focused on defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste.

• CPI Black Belt training will be provided.

• Problem Solving: Applies recognised problem‑solving tools to investigate quality issues, understand root cause and support corrective actions using data and facts.

• Quality Management System (QMS): Works confidently within a QMS environment, following required processes and documentation, monitoring quality metrics and supporting audits and corrective actions.

What You May Have:

• A degree or equivalent experience, with demonstrated quality skills gained through working in a QMS environment, including applying BIQ or CPI methods, supporting audits, analysing quality data, managing non‑conformances, and contributing to corrective and improvement activities.

• 大专/本科在读学生（大三/大四/大专二年级），专业为：机电一体化、自动化、电气、机械工程、数控技术或相关方向。

2. 技能要求

• 会使用万用表、卡尺等基本工具。
• 能看懂简单机械图或电气图者优先。
• 对 CNC、机器人 或 工业自动化有兴趣并有基础知识。

• 对常用设备备件（如轴承、传感器、电磁阀、气缸、继电器、伺服电机等）有基础了解或愿意快速学习
• 具备基本数据录入和整理能力

• 对数字化工具（如 Excel、Power BI、Power Apps）有基础了解或愿意学习。
• 会基础编程更佳（不限语言：Python、C#、PLC Ladder 等均可）。
