Job Summary:
Supporting import customs operation, on-time delivery activities and procedures to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction

What you will do:
• Supporting procedures across functions for the import management to ensure the execution of compliant shipments and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service.
• Monitoring special programs of import accounts; assisting in the obtaining and preparing all necessary documentations in related logistics business.

Skill Descriptors:
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.
Import: Knowledge of issues, procedures, tools and practices of importing; ability to import goods from international locations.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Basic requirements:

• Ongoing college (to finish December 2026) preferably in Administration, Foreign Trade or Engineering

• Intermediate English

• Pre-advanced level in Power and Microsoft Office 365

Top candidates will also have:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Pre-advanced English

• Support the area’s evolution toward more digital, data-driven, and efficiency-oriented processes.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
