Job Description:
Leads and manages dealer relationships to drive the sale of company products and services, while supporting the development of dealer commercial capabilities. This is a commercial role with responsibility for a diverse portfolio of Mining Parts & Services across Europe (excluding Scandinavia), including markets such as Armenia, Uzbekistan, and Mongolia. The position focuses on small to mid-sized dealers, many operating in mining-driven environments, often with a strong parts-oriented business model. Operating across different markets, the role requires a high level of adaptability, autonomy, and a hands-on approach to effectively support dealers and drive business results.
What You Will Do:
• Understanding of business model and acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
• Designing and assisting dealers on the forecast and BP as well as strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.
• Performing regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed.Providing Market Intelligence, crafting tailor made proposals to customers
• Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.

• Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Business Development: Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.
• Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
• Relevant experience in dealer development, sales, or commercial roles within construction equipment, heavy machinery, Mining or related industries.
• Exposure to mining and/or construction environments, with understanding of dealer networks and market dynamics.
• Strong ability to operate in an agile and dynamic environment, effectively managing a diverse dealer landscape across different markets.
• Educational background in Mining , Engineering, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
• Solid understanding of equipment sales and Aftermarket dynamics. Proven experience in dealer relationship management, sales performance improvement, and business development.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language(s) are an advantage but not required.
Additional Information:
• This role requires up to 50% of business travel time.
• A valid work permit or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
Base Minimum Pay:
€73,020.00
