Your Work Shapes the World at Caterpillar Inc.

We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.
We are seeking an expert and results-driven Condition Monitoring leader to supervise and manage a team of Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMAs) responsible for improving the health, reliability, and performance of Caterpillar equipment fleets. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in large mining, construction, or waste‑handling equipment who is ready to lead people while remaining closely connected to real‑world operations and customer outcomes.

- Lead the day-to-day operations of a fleet monitoring team consisting of 6-10 Condition Monitoring Advisors based in Monterrey Mexico, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outputs.
- Deliver condition monitoring performance expectations for quality, velocity, and value across Job Site Solutions (JSS), PA Managed sites, Strategic Accounts, dealers, and Cat customers.
- Partner with the Condition Monitoring Deployment team to plan and execute new site coverage and coverage adjustments.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with process partners and customers and drive internal communication of condition monitoring wins and value delivered.
- Collaborate with global condition monitoring teams to develop, share, and implement best practices.
- Establish standard work and lead continuous process improvement across all CMA activities.
- Provide oversight of analytical practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and early detection of emerging machine issues.
- Ensure the CMA team effectively leverages Caterpillar purpose-built condition monitoring tools to maximize uptime and customer value.
- Maintain expertise across all five elements of Condition Monitoring, while building depth and capability within the team.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, introduce new analytics, and advance proactive and predictive maintenance strategies through the CMAs daily work.
- Manage recruitment, retention, onboarding, and skills development for Condition Monitoring Advisors.
