Role Definition
HR leader responsible for implementing people strategies aligned with business objectives, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership, and fostering a high-performance culture through employee engagement, talent development, and data-driven decision making.
What you will do
Partner with business leaders as a strategic advisor, identifying, prioritizing, and executing HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Align and deploy HR policies, programs, and processes that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.
Act as a trusted coach to leaders, providing guidance on performance management, compensation, organizational design, and employee relations.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data, identifying trends and translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, etc.).
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and talent development across the organization.

Skills you will have
Decision Making & Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze information and make sound HR decisions.
Uses structured problem-solving methods (e.g., root cause analysis, 5 Whys, etc)
Evaluates risks related to employee relations, compliance, or workforce restructuring
Supports leaders with data-backed recommendations in sensitive HR decisions.
Analize turnover, absenteeism, or performance data to propose solutions.
Data Gathering & Reporting: Ability to collect, analyze and interpret HR data
Knowledge with HR systems (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) for reporting
Builds and interprets reports on KPIs such as: Turnover, Headcount vs Plan
Uses tools like Excel (advanced), Power BI or dashboards to visualize trends
Supports workforce planning and forecasting through data analysis.
Employee Relations: Ability to manage employee-related matters in compliance with legal and company standards.
Knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements (e.g., Mexico LFT)
Conducts employee surveys or interviews to identify workplace issues
Ensures compliance with internal processes and labor regulations
