Role Definition
Main responsibility is to provide support in purchasing processes to guarantee timely procurement of materials and equipment, contributing to efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations related to NPI processes, this position can also perform activities related to Manufacturing Engineer for NPI’s according to the project's workload.


Main Responsibilities
• Verify technical specifications and delivery times with suppliers.

• Track purchase orders and resolve supply deviations.

• Participate in CPPD and design reviews to influence product design for manufacturability.
• Conduct feasibility studies for components and assemblies across welding, painting, and assembly processes.
• Create and validate process flow documentation (PFMEA, SFMEA, DF, CP, IPV, ETC).
• Develop standard work instructions (SWS/SWES) and visual aids for operators

• Define tooling and equipment requirements for new product lines.

• Guarantee adherence to APQP and PPAP requirements.

• Work with supply chain, logistics, and packaging teams to ensure smooth transition.

• Close NPI issues with clear risk assessments before production commitment.

Degree Requirement
Bachelor's degree in related field is required. Or in last semester of college.
Intermediate English level desirable.

• Explains the overall workflow of problem management from start to finish.
• Gives examples of well-written and poorly written problem reports.
• Identifies common types of problems typically addressed in a manufacturing environment.
• Finds information on essential practices, policies, and procedures related to problem management.

Additional Information:

  • This job is located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.

  • This position requires travelling up to 10% (domestic and international).

  • The work schedule is set for Monday to Friday (6:30am-5pm)

  • Relocation is not available for this position.
