Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist Engineer for tool design, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, layout, standards, etc. and requires the coordination of all disciplines.
• Support production build issues and provide troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency.
• Coordinating the installation of new machines and equipment and process changes to provide the most efficient and economical manufacture or assembly of quality parts.
• Also be responsible for continuous process improvement in terms of safety, quality, velocity, and cost.

Basic Qualification:.

• Vocational certificate and Level up in related filed.
• At least 2-3 years of manufacturing process or manufacturing environment.

Top Candidates will also have:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Fabrication and/or Paint and/or N/C programming and/or welding and/or Assembly .
• Strong collaborative, interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills and strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Able to read drawing, understand GD&T.
• Ability to read simple information in English; knowledge of simple English manufacturing terms.
• Computer program skilled require: Eg. MS Office, CAD software, AutoCAD, Inventor, Teamcenter will be an advantage .

Full Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 am. – 04:30 pm.

Work location: Caterpillar (Thailand) Ltd. WHA Industrial Land, T.Nonglalok, A.Bankhai, Rayong
