Role Definition:
As an electrical & electronics product service engineer, you will collaborate with dealers, product groups and facilities, to enhance the electrical & electronics product to meet reliability and durability target, to provide technical support for engineering team and factory quality team on NPI and CPI projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluating production processes to identify defects in manufacturing and design. Provide input to designs modifications to maximize production efficiency and product quality.

• Identifying and tracking quality defects, ensuring correction solution in manufacturing.

• Addressing factory production electrical system quality issues timely.

• Drive CPI coverage on defects, collaborate with product groups and engineering team to create new CPI projects
• Communicating technical specifications and instructions to ensure product quality and performance. Tracking and managing the status of product issues.

• Leading new/improved designs product field test activities at customer sites. Work with engineering to determine field testing acceptance criteria and monitor test iron.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in machine electrical system design or validation.
  • Experience and knowledge of tools used to support issue analysis including SC2, SC2-lite, ET, Canape, PICO scope, Multimeter.
  • Demonstrated experience in trouble shooting and problem solving.
  • Good understanding of Six Sigma methodology, Green Belt or higher would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
