Caterpillar’s Motor Grader Product Group is hiring an Aftermarket Technology Enabled Parts & Services Specialist in their Aftermarket (Parts & Service) Lifecycle group. Role Summary: As an Aftermarket Technology Enabled Parts & Services Specialist, you will own the Motor Grader parts and service business for predictive, operator assistive, and safety focused parts for both Construction and Mining.
What You’ll Do:

Partner with Integrated Component Solutions condition monitoring teams, Digital Product software enabled application teams, PSLD kitting teams, construction and mining sales execution teams, marketing groups, and Motor Grader teams to align and execute strategies.

Lead and support projects related to growing predictive, operator assistive, and safety focused parts and service business.

Support Dealer and/or customer requests related to issues, product knowledge, or material for Motor Grader predictive, operator assistive, and safety focused aftermarket parts.

Support parts growth through development of products and programs, working closely with internal partners.

Support parts growth with proactive stocking and supply

Gather and provide voice of customer and voice of dealer to the motor grader product group and internal partners.

Assist in the execution of growth initiatives related to Motor Grader predictive, operator assistive, and safety solutions.

Give input and direction on new ideas and strategies based off voice of customer/voice of dealer and previous field experience.

Report out on the Motor Grader technology enabled parts results vs business plan to maximize OPACC/profit.
What You Have:

Progressive job-related experience in digital, parts and service, dealer facing roles, or aftermarket sales/marketing roles

Effective communication skills

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

Experience working with condition monitoring

Previous field experience working with customers and dealers

Digital fleet management or related industry knowledge specifically customer services needs and what customers value in services

Go-to-market experience

Project management skills including collaborating with multiple parties successfully and managing multiple projects

Problem solving skills using root cause analysis
