Role Definition
Supports customer inquiries for order lead time and order configuration change. Responsible for new orders and order change, make sure requests can be successfully received by order system and is primarily focused on Demand and order (Production planning, Order Management, AFM customer Handling) and ECN coordination activities for the Facility.

Responsibilities
•  Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
•  Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.
•  Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.
•  Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.
•  Primary contact with other departments department to manage sales and customer priorities.

•  Serving as primary contact for customer order managements

•  Coordinating with multiple functions, such as manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, material planning etc., to acquire appropriate requirements to meet customer demand.

•  Responsible for operational planning and shipment planning to ensure effective order fulfilment.

•  Collaborate with CFT team to get promise dates and actively follow-up & monitor progress on all the commitments.

•  Evaluate demand changes from customers and communicate impact to supply chain group.

•  Follow up on internal metric controls like on time, past due, back orders.

Gathers and analyses relevant data from multiple sources for keeping product information accurate for effective processing of commercial orders.

•  Responsible for Order management from releasing to closure of production orders.

•  Responsible for Engineering Change Implementation for the facility in coordination with Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Purchasing and Material Planning functions.

•  Managing RSSM process for the facility.

•  Lead Production & Engineering change meeting with cross functional team to monitor progress & implementation.

•  Ensures consistently meeting the customer schedules above 95% OTD.

•  Take ownership to lead the appropriate action plans for process improvements coordinating with Process Partners.

Forecasting: Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.

•  Participates in preparation of short-term forecasts for a specific product or site.
•  Gathers and analyzes demand data with specific tools and procedures.
•  Locates useful information and sources of input used in weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
•  Researches seasonal trends for a major product or product line.
•  Explains common types of business conditions and activities that impact demand.

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain & Manufacturing.

Experience In working with SAP PP & SD module

Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Experience in Business unit logistic planning, demand planning & production planning

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to perform data analysis (Excel, Tableau)

Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
