Job Purpose:

Under limited supervision, directly supports Inventory Record Accuracy team to analyze inventory data, preform inventory counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and collaborate with different work groups to resolve issues. Reports to IRA Manager.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 3:00 PM, Friday 6:00 am - 10:00 am / Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

1st Shift Starting Pay: $20.20/hour

Job duties may include the following:

  • Perform inventory audits

  • Analyze inventory data

  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies,

  • Adhere to standard work and policies

  • Collaborate with different work groups to implement corrective actions.

  • Complete required inventory audits.

  • Rely on independent decision making and problem solving to complete job tasks

  • Meet deadlines - Multitask and prioritize work

  • Review transactional data.

  • Drive process improvement.

  • Following and utilizing CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work

  • Have cross-functional communication to complete tasks

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods

  • Ability to perform repetitive operations

  • Ability to pick up to 35 lbs.

  • Ability to walk 3+ miles a day

Basic Qualifications:

  • Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

  • At least 1 year of Logistics/Manufacturing experience

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Working knowledge of G2 and DataMarts

  • Willing to work overtime as needed

  • Self-motivated and self-starter

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Caterpillar product knowledge

Summary Pay Range:

$20.20 - $25.25
