1. Job Description

This position is responsible for leading end-to-end production operations for Swivel, HMS, and Idler product lines, with strong emphasis on building a high-performing organization and sustainable manufacturing capability.

The role not only drives operational excellence across PQVC (People, Quality, Velocity, Cost) but also plays a critical role in developing people capability, team engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Candidates with strong people’s leadership potential and aspiration to grow into business leaders are highly encouraged.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of multiple production lines across all shifts and ensure achievement of business targets
  • Drive NPI and production ramp-up while building stable and sustainable operational systems
  • Develop and implement workforce planning, talent development, and performance management systems
  • Build a high-performing team through coaching, engagement, and capability development
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, including team structure optimization and role clarity
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Utilize data and structured problem-solving to improve operational performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution

3. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience in manufacturing, operations, or relevant business functions
  • Strong leadership potential with demonstrated capability in team management, engagement, or organizational development
  • Proven problem-solving capability with structured thinking
  • Strong data awareness and ability to drive decisions based on data
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across functions

Candidates with people/organization-related background who demonstrate strong business acumen and learning agility are encouraged to apply.

4. Nice to Have

  • Experience in multi-line or 3-shift production operations
  • Experience in NPI or production ramp-up
  • Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
  • Experience in talent development, organization design, or change management
  • Exposure to people management experience
  • Strong aspiration to grow into general management or plant leadership roles
