  • Support disability programs (short‑term and long‑term), including employee inquiries, eligibility coordination, claims administration support, and vendor interaction.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners regarding workers’ compensation and disability processes, timelines, and program requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to workers’ compensation, disability, and leave‑related benefits while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Track, analyze, and report trends related to workers’ compensation and disability claims to support insights, program improvements, and risk mitigation.
  • Support Total Rewards communications to ensure employees understand workers’ compensation, disability, and related benefit programs and how to access them.

What You Will Have:

  • Education: Degree or equivalent experience desired
  • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Workers’ Compensation: Ability to support workers’ compensation programs, coordinate with Adjusters and facility contacts on claims actions, support on medical billing inquiries and claims administrative tasks.
