Hands-on leader responsible for daily execution and team performance

What You’ll Do | หน้าที่หลัก
- Lead daily logistics operations (inbound, warehouse, outbound)
- ควบคุมงานโลจิสติกส์ประจำวัน (รับเข้า จัดเก็บ จัดส่ง)
- Supervise, coach, and support frontline team

- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

- Solve operational issues in real time

- Use SAP (WM/MM) for daily operations

What We’re Looking For | คุณสมบัติ
▸Diploma (Vocational) / Higher Vocational Certificate (ปวส.) or higher วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป
▸ประสบการณ์ 3+ ปี ด้าน logistics / warehouse / supply chain
▸Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes มีความรู้ด้านโลจิสติกส์แบบครบวงจร
▸Leadership and team management skills มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการบริหารทีม มีประสบการณ์ดูแลทีม (ประมาณ 5–15 คน)
▸มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงปฏิบัติ (Hands-on problem solving) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา
▸มีความรู้ด้านระบบ SAP (WM/MM จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
▸Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
▸Ability to initiate and drive improvement projects สามารถเริ่มต้นและดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงงานได้
▸Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills มีความกระตือรือร้น และทักษะในการประสานงานที่ดี
▸Ability to identify issues early and prevent escalation สามารถตรวจจับปัญหาเชิงรุกก่อนเกิดผลกระทบ
