Act as a subject matter expert to support go-to-market initiatives and drive sales success. This role focuses on delivering product expertise, improving customer outcomes, and enabling business growth through effective use of technology and insights.

Key Responsibilities

▸Provide product application expertise at point of sale and through training sessions (technology, safety, and operational efficiency) for customers, internal teams, and dealer partners
▸Conduct product performance evaluations and assess customer job site efficiency
▸Gather customer and product insights to support continuous improvement and new product development
▸Manage marketing technology tools and systems and collaborate with stakeholders to develop a product/technology roadmap
▸Support sales teams by articulating value propositions and delivering customer-focused solutions
▸Build strong relationships with customers to understand needs and improve satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field
2–5+ years of experience in product support, technical sales, application engineering, or related roles
▸Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments is a plus
▸Proven experience in customer-facing roles (training, consulting, or sales support)
▸Familiarity with marketing technology tools / CRM systems is an advantage
▸Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into insights
▸Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
▸Good command of English (written & spoken)

▸Experience with digital tools / data analytics / performance monitoring systems
▸Exposure to value-based selling or consultative sales approach
