Role

The Logistics Planning supports daily supply chain and logistics operations by assisting with material‑flow planning, layout improvements, PFEP updates, SAP WM activities, data analysis, and NPI logistics support.

What you'll do

• Support logistics planning by developing material‑flow strategies and ensuring efficient POU replenishment.
• Contribute to layout optimization, capacity analysis, and material‑handling improvements.
• Support logistics activities for new projects (NPI) and operational changes.
• Maintain and update PFEP to ensure accurate material data.
• Develop flow maps to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support decision‑making.
• Support outbound logistics processes and coordination with external warehouses.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work for logistics and material‑handling processes.
• Apply SFEMA principles to support workflow reliability.

Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer Administrator, or a related discipline.
• Intermediate conversational English.

Planning and Organizing

• 1–2 years in internal logistics planning or supply chain processes, with a focus on material process management.
• Intermediate SAP, Excel, and Office skills.
• Coordination of logistics activities and operational follow‑up.
• Basic use of AutoCAD for interpreting layouts and plans.

Effective Communication

• Clear communication and negotiation with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment of capacity, and materials.
• Ability to support basic negotiations to secure favorable conditions.
• Accurate documentation and reporting of operational information.

Analytical Thinking

• Proficient in problem‑solving tools such as the 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, and other root‑cause analysis methods

Top Candidate Profile

• Advanced English.
• SAP modulo WM básico
• Knowledge of material replenishment strategies (KANBAN, JIT, JIS, Kit, etc.)
