​Role Definition

In this role, the MSOR will be primarily responsible for dealer development, support Services Growth Strategy and operational excellence with Lei Shing Hong and Hae-In. The MSOR will also support with the Leadership Table process, as well as to engage our dealers and Caterpillar business units to continuously drive and enhance dealer capability in Digital, Marketing and Sales operations excellence program, operations planning, connectivity, Customer Value Agreement (CVA) solutions, Prioritised Service Events (PSE), eCommerce, Business analysis toolset deployment, data health management and retail transformation, etc.


Responsibilities
• Answering inquiries and resolving problems regarding business plan execution, operational improvement and achievement of targets.
• Advising on existing and potential customer experiences issues and improvement measures.
• Consult with dealers on ways to improve marketing and sales capabilities, supporting the overall business development process.
• Govern dealer execution of the programs that increase sales and improve customer experience..

Level Extensive Experience

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Level Working Knowledge

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Additional Information:
This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Korean language (spoken) is preferred.
