Job Description工作职责：
1, Customer requirements research and solution design. 客户需求调研及方案设计：
Responsible for researching automation project requirements, analyzing customer needs, and developing detailed project plans. 负责自动化项目的需求调研，分析客户需求，制定详细的项目方案。
Communicate with internal customers and teams to ensure that the design meets business needs and company standards. 与内部客户和团队沟通，确保方案设计符合业务需求和公司相关标准。
2, Automation system design, electrical selection, and debugging. 自动化系统设计、选型与调试：
Design and develop electrical systems, including circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams. 设计和开发电气系统，包括电路图、布线图等。
Familiar with the principles of commonly used electrical components and select them reasonably according to business needs. 熟悉常用电气元器件原理，根据业务需求合理选型。
Responsible for the installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure normal operation负责电气系统的安装、调试和故障排除，确保系统正常运行。
3, PLC Code Writing and Debugging. PLC代码编写与调试：
Write and optimize PLC code to ensure efficient and safe operation of the system. 编写和优化PLC代码，确保系统的高效安全运行。
Debug and maintain the PLC system, solving problems that arise during operation. 进行PLC系统的调试和维护，解决运行中的问题。
4, Robot Code Writing and Debugging. 机器人代码编写与调试：
Write and debug robot control code to ensure the stability and efficiency of the robot system. 编写和调试机器人控制代码，确保机器人系统的稳定性和高效性。
Responsible for the installation, debugging, and maintenance of the robot system. 负责机器人系统的安装、调试和维护。
5, Automation Project Management. 自动化项目管理：
Responsible for the overall management of automation projects, including project planning, progress control, resource allocation, and risk management. 负责自动化项目的整体管理，包括项目计划、进度控制、资源分配和风险管理。
Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and within budget. 与采购、供应商和客户协作，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成。
Skills Requirement 技能要求:
1, Familiar with automation system design and debugging, with at least 5 years’ experience in automation system design and debugging. 熟悉自动化系统设计和调试，具备5年以上自动化系统设计和调试经验。
2, Proficient in PLC programming and debugging, familiar with mainstream PLC brands. 精通PLC编程和调试，熟悉主流PLC品牌。
3, Proficient in robot programming and debugging, familiar with mainstream robot brands. 精通机器人编程和调试，熟悉主流机器人品牌。
4, Possess good project management and problem-solving skills, able to independently manage automation projects. 具备良好的项目管理能力和问题解决能力，能够独立管理自动化项目。
5, Strong initiative, teamwork 积极主动，团结合作
6, Excellent English skill in reading, listening, writing and speaking 优秀的英文听说读写能力
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
