We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Human Resources (HR) Intern to assist our Regional HR department with HR-related activities. You will handle and manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in our company and with the opportunity to possibly engage with senior leaders in the Asia Pacific region. For maximum exposure, we would like the individual to commit for at least 6 months.
To be successful as an HR Intern, you should keep abreast of the latest developments in labor legislation to determine how company HR policies may be affected. Ultimately, an outstanding HR Intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
What You Will Do
Assist to review job descriptions with leaders and posting in various platforms
Understand how to screen candidates and coordination of interviews including package negotiation
Conduct review of internal HR policies and procedures to make recommendations
Review insurance (life / medical) policies and make recommendations
Assist to create marketing/digital content (newsletter/ infographics / short videos)
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
Address employee queries about benefits (like benefits eligibility)
Organise virtual training/ networking events
Creative brainstorming
Handle necessary administrative work
Develop marketing of materials/campaigns for social media platforms and events
Resume screening and coordination of interviews
Activity management and planning for training activities
What You Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Ability to work independently with high level of motivation
Strong communication skill is a must
Tech Savvy, open-minded & Result-oriented
Willingness to learn
Innovative and able to generate fresh ideas
Learning Outcomes
Understanding of Financial business model in a captive environment
Acquire working knowledge of Labour Regulations in AP countries
Develop communication skills (verbal and writing) and creativity for regional HR newsletter
Learn the practical know-hows of Total Rewards analysis, writing HR policies, investigation processes, etc
Practical application of Microsoft Office tools to enhance working processes
Build long-lasting relationships with the HR regional teams and other employees
