About the role

The Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine Division has an exciting opportunity for an Aftermarket Services Support Manager located in Houston, Texas, Virginia Beach, Virginia, or Wimborne, UK. The Aftermarket Services Support Supervisor manages planning, execution and control of operations projects. Provides improvement services to internal and external business partners to deliver high quality, velocity, cost to serve and safety.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Industries on services growth plans to ensure dealer service capabilities are in place.
  • Ensure operational capability and capacity of dealers to deliver services growth
  • Support dealers in operational excellence.
  • Ensure the best offering by leveraging efficiencies and alignment of product offerings.
  • Ensure safety in all operations processes
  • Lead and guide marine business analytics development
  • Guide business development of AM growth initiatives/content and processes for the Go-to-Customer and Services Organization
  • Lead Integrated Customer Offerings Strategy

This position is currently a hybrid in-office work model, requiring a 3-day weekly office presence onsite at the office location and remote work for the remaining days. However, work arrangements may be adjusted at any time based on business needs.

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Energy & Transportation commercial experience
  • Experience with introducing new products or services to the marketplace
  • Experience leading and executing cross enterprise projects
  • Experience with insights enabling tools and lead generation (Jupiter, OLGA, PSEs, Connectivity)
  • Knowledge of aftermarket metrics and operational definitions
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and train others
  • Previous leadership experience

Summary Pay Range:

$144,960.00 - $217,320.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
