Representative Activities:
•    Responsible for Production of Safety management.
•    Sustainability awareness promotion and activities.
•    EHS training, promotion and communication to improve employee's awareness and competence.
•    ISO14001/45001 system development & continual improvement.
•    Develop and maintain EHS policies & regulations.
•    EHS related Regulatory collection & evaluation and communication.
•    EHS Programs (recipe/Field work/STF/ABBS and etc.)
•    Lead EHS Audits (e.g. layered audit)
•    Activities & culture promotion (earth week, safety month, drill)
•    EHS communication website and digital process maintenance.
•    EHS recognition program.
•    Lead EHS Champion group.
•    EHS Lean projects and continual improvement.
•    NEO training.
•    Gov related safety permission.
•    Satellited labs assessment and training.
•    Other EHS related works assigned.

Background/experience:

Hard skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Tech/Safety/Environmental.
•    over 5 years’ experience providing EHS expertise in an industrial manufacturing/chemical environment.
•    General computer skills and especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
•    Fluent English is preferred.
•    Familiar with ISO14001 & 45001 management system.
•    Understand local and global safety and environment standard and regulatory requirement.
•    Familiar with the basic concepts and processes of EHS management in multinational corporation / enterprises (such as: LOTO, operational changes, risk analysis, emergency response, stakeholder management, special operations, mechanical safety, chemical safety, radiation safety, electrical safety, battery safety, PPE, sustainable development, etc.)
•    Skilled in applying Lean thinking to identify and improve problems.

Soft Skills:
•    Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
•    Strong communication skills (e.g. win-win skills)
•    Careful and conscientious, with a strong sense of responsibility
•    Strong logical thinking ability, independent judgment and work ability, able to provide effective solutions.
•    The ability to understand and learn quickly.
