JOB DUTIES:
Implement campus bonded business to maximize bonded benefit with the customs compliance and support kinds of import business and projects
Responsible for bonded business management to maximize the bonded benefit with the customs compliance (bonded handbook issuance/monthly tax make-up/monthly handbook amendment/year-end reconciliation).
Responsible for campus import parts classification & declaration element creation and maintenance to assure declaration standardization and yearly refresh declaration element as per Customs regulation.
Responsible for import quotation management including enquiry of new supplier and timely renewal for regular lines, make comparison for rates variance and evaluate freight impact to budget.
Responsible for campus cost withdrawal including insurance claim of damaged materials under incoterm’s responsibility and import duty recovery for returned unqualified parts.
Responsible for monthly freight billing checking & validation & notification of issuing invoice & payment application to assure every payment could be recorded and paid in time within budget plan.
Responsible for all kinds of import business and projects assigned by supervisor
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
- College and above degree of logistics/international trade background preferred
- 3-5 years working experience in logistics or transportation or customs affairs
- Good knowledge of customs activities and proactive in identifying compliance risk
- Good cross functional communication and high teamwork attitude
