Job Summary:

Join the digital customer onboarding team that sets the strategy and roadmap for dealer tools managing Cat Digital application users. Work closely with dealers, industry partners and Cat Digital product managers to define and communicate prioritized work items and progress.
 

What You Will Do:

  • Manages prioritization of issues, enhancements, new features. Monitors and reports on product performance.
  • Lead and coordinate logistics for the Dealer steering group, including managing agendas, pre/post deliverables, and organizing pilot activities.
  • Define and deliver reporting of objectives and key results related to the customer admin tool &  account registration processes.
  • Create metrics & KPI's to measure industry partner and dealer success.
  • Collaborate with appropriate teams to create dashboards and reports to identify and define requirements
  • Manages prioritization of issues, enhancements and new features within the Caterpillar Customer Admin tool.
  • Monitors and reports on product performance.


What You Will Have:

Software Product Business Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product including current uses, future plans, and product vision.
  • Collects, documents, and maintains product functional requirements; makes recommendations.
  • Maintains and disseminates information on customer use and experiences.
     

Software Product Management:

  • Knowledge of software product management; ability to operate and manage software product development projects at all stages of the product development lifecycle.
  • Monitors, assesses, and communicates opportunities for product features or enhancements.
  • Gathers, summarizes and prioritizes ideas for new products, or new versions of existing products.

Considerations For Top Candidates:

  • Experience in product management that included B2B web applications
  • Experience defining and communicating product dashboards and reports
  • Collaboration with teams across all levels of the organization from top to bottom.
  • Experience coordinating events and conferences.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and SQL

Summary Pay Range:

$126,000.00 - $204,720.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
