Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant Legal Entity

Salary: £50-£58k (Depending on Experience)

Location : Peterborugh

Job Description:

Would you like to be part of a team creating a systems and process legacy? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the EE Deployment (ERP System Implementation) for Business Resources. This role is a unique opportunity to work on an ERP deployment and drive positive process changes within our Industrial Power Systems Division Medium (IPSD-M) data team.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Key Project Accountant representing the Finance function with the deployment of a new ERP system at the Peterborough site.

• Lead liaison with the Accounts Receivable Team and the Project Team to ensure Accounts Receivable processes are fully designed, integrated and tested in the new ERP system.

• Responsibility for delivery of Mid-Term Projects from a Business Resources point of view (A series of mini projects to increase readiness and knowledge for the full EE deployment)

• Work collaboratively with the different departments within Business Resources to successfully embed the new processes within the respective teams.

• Lead continuous improvement and strategic projects.

• Qualified Accountant

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong influencing skills and capable of building good cross-functional relationships.

• Strong analytical, process improvement, problem solving and human relations skills

• An organized and positive person

Candidates may have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:

• Previous project role experience

• Experience of change management; coordinating multiple stakeholders through the project plan from conception to completion

• ERP or transaction roles with a high volume of transaction flows

• Alteryx experience
