Job Title: Supply Chain Strategy and Project Manager
Salary: £50,500 + Dependent upon experience
Location : Stafford, UK
Benefits: 25 days annual leave,
Up to 12% bonus
Contributory pension scheme - Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution Up to 10%
Contributory share scheme - Caterpillar will match 50% of the employee's contribution.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop, lead and communicate supply chain strategies to appropriate enterprise personnel

This position acts as an advisor or consultant to senior management. The incumbent may serve as a company-wide resource on a highly specialized area or serve multiple units in a broader functional area and assist senior management in interpreting and using information provided.

Provides guidance and prioritization to the wider team as needed

Gathers voice of the business with process partners and translates into requirements

Establish and track metrics vs targets

Tracks and provides scorecards related to the program metrics

Works with program and project teams to provide change management recommendations (communication, learning, and reinforcement plans) to accurately manage expectations of stakeholders throughout development and implementation.

When appropriate, individual may lead key projects or programmes
Skills and Experience:
Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:

College or university degree or equivalent experience

Change Management
-
Project Management
-
A proven track record in Strategy Management
Candidates may have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:

Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship

Self starter and can set /steer direction

Good planning and time management skills

Six Sigma Certification
