Job Description:

The Go-to-Market Program Manager drives Construction Industries Sales-to-Users growth by driving execution of the Go-to-Market process for all digital, financial, and marketing products that connect with Construction Industries customers. This critical leadership role will cultivate and lead a multi-faceted, cross-functional team to support the implementation and execution of the Go-To-Market process across the division and its enterprise partners.

JOB DUTIES:

This role owns the Go-To-Market process and provides clear visibility to any/all Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) GTM projects planned or in-flight, including regular stakeholder updates across the division and its enterprise partners. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining safe source documentation, templates, and training materials for the process and will also be responsible for training CISD and enterprise partners on the Go-To-Market Process, gaining consensus from a variety of disciplines on appropriate plans that align with a holistic customer experience across all customer touch points. 

  • Partner with CISD (Services Development, Sales Support & Sales Execution), Cat Digital, Marketing & Brand and Cat Financial to ensure Go-To-Market plans are developed and executed for all services applicable to Construction Industry customers

  • Help develop an Integrated Commercial Strategy for Retail, Small Core, and Core customers leveraging product, process, price, place and promotion touchpoints within CISD, Cat Financial, Marketing & Brand and Cat Digital

  • Ensure Go-To-Market projects will drive CI customer digital activation online with a focus on achieving targets for % active customers online across Parts.cat.om, Cat Central & Catpeijian

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-year College or University Degree

  • 8+ years progressively responsible job-related experience in marketing and project leadership

  • Project management experience

  • Process development experience

  • Data analysis experience

TOP CANDIDATES WILL ALSO HAVE:

  • Project management or Six-Sigma black belt certification

  • Previous experience in parts Marketing & Sales

  • New Product / Service Introduction team lead experience developing new commercial offerings

  • The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task in an agile and fast-paced environment

  • Thorough knowledge of Dealer network, parts products, product applications, services and supporting systems

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills to lead change, professionally challenge traditional thinking, drive innovation in products and services (including digital), coach and development team members, effectively work alongside key business partners (internal and external) and ensure that the team is focused on driving results

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Travel requirements can be up to 30%

  • Locations: Dallas, TX; Peoria, IL; Cary, NC

  • Relocation assistance is available for this role if relocating to Dallas, TX
