职位描述:
1.    负责传动系统集成如变速箱驱动桥,以及零部件的开发,工艺及试验的技术支持,
2.    了解客户需求,定义技术要求,制定及评估设计方案, 完成复杂技术项目的可行性分析
3.    设计3D/2D模型并进行分析,跟踪建造,试验并进行设计改进
4.    与生产,采购,供应链合作满足产品成本目标
5.    运用(APQP,FMEA等)产品开发流程
6.    主持系统及零部件的设计评审
7.    支持供应商,零件的开发及质量控制
8.    跟踪支持现有产品的工艺优化,审核,故障诊断及改进
9.    跟踪支持NPI,CPI及降成本项目
10.    制定项目计划并实施

任职要求:
1.    机械,车辆,材料及电气工程相关专业本科及以上学历
2.    熟练运用Creo进行3D建模及2D图纸绘制
3.    熟悉几何及形位公差
4.    英语流利
5.    熟练运用MS Office软件
6.    出色的沟通及组织能力

Job Description: (Please prioritize work):
1.    Responsible for drivetrain systems integration such as transmission, axle, and components development, technical support on manufacturing and testing. 
2.    Closely work with machine team to understand VOC, define technical specification, prepare and evaluate design concepts, complete feasibility studies of complex engineering projects. 
3.    Develop Creo 3D/2D models, perform analysis/simulation, follow and update designs through build, test and validation processes. 
4.    Collaborate with global operations, purchasing and the supply base to meet product and design cost targets. 
5.    Utilize key product development processes (APQP, FMEA, etc.) inherent in NPI, CPI, cost reduction projects. 
6.    Lead system and component design review meeting. 
7.    Work with cross functional teams to support on parts development, supplier process and quality control.
8.    Support/Follow up process optimize, audit, trouble shooting and improvement on current production products. 
9.    Lead/Support/Follow up related NPI,CPI, cost reduction projects, delivery solutions. 
10.    Develop project plan and implement accordingly. 

Required Qualifications:
1.    Bachelor or above degree in an accredited Engineering (mechanical, vehicle, material) curriculum.
2.    Skilled use at Creo (3D modeling and 2D drawing) 
3.    Good knowledge of Geometry Dimensioning & Tolerance.
4.    Fluent in English (reading, listening, writing and speaking). 
5.    Proficient in the use of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). 
6.    Excellent communication and organization skills
