Job Duties / Responsibilities: 

• The responsibilities of the position are to provide Production support, which includes working on Incidents, interaction with warehouse operations and business teams. 

• It also includes co-ordination with other SPM modules like CRM, SPP gATP etc. 

• Be accountable to ensure to identify the incidents patterns and provide solution.  

• Be responsible for identifying user errors and work with business and operations teams, for proper training to the warehouse users.

• Identify the business process where automation is possible and deploy RPA BOTs. 

• Mentoring OCC monitoring team and L1 support team members.  

• Document work arounds and solutions for incidents. 

• Perform post analysis of P1 incidents and documents.

• Continuous interaction with Business teams. 

• ABAP coding skills will be an added advantage. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science related field 

• 2+ years’ experience in Functional area of SAP EWM 

• 2+ ABAP development/debugging skills (investigation on queues/Idocs) 

• Experience in configuring and integrating EWM solution with other SAP Business suites or third-party tools. 

Top Candidates will also have: 

• Minimum 3 to 4 Years of IT Experience in software development and testing. 

• Strengths in areas of personal planning, initiating actions, delegation, building consensus, decision making, leadership and interpersonal skills. 

• Innovation mindset. 

• Collaborative skills working with Business Partners in developing Business Processes, creation of Architecture Design Documents and share with senior IT and Business leaders. 

• Strong understanding and experience with the software development Lifecycle and working with IT Development team in realizing project solutions. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
