JOB DUTIES: Position has responsibility for some or all of the following duties:
Annual communication and implementation to drive company culture and enhance employee experience, including facility-level meetings, facility-level employee activities, ceremonies, recognition management work, communication channel maintenance and development, etc.
Annual learning plan and implementation, including learning coordination, NEO, annual required learning management, Technician Certification program management, learning related audits, learning record management and analysis reports, etc.
Annual Employee Insights plan and implementation with analysis
Partnership with employees and leaders to solve the problems with innovative ideas
Other works from the supervisor and systems related work
Requires a bachelor’s degree, or above degree
3 to 5 years job related experiences in HR communication and learning function at the manufacturing companies, strong oral and written English communications skills
Demonstrated focus on quality and customer needs
