Job Description:

Job title: IT Analyst III

Experience: 7 to 10+ Years of progressive IT Experience

Education: B.E / B. Tech / MCA

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in the IT Industry with strong Technical capabilities, Coordination on High Priority & High Availability environments, Strong SDLC knowledge, hands on experience in the Cloud environments (Azure)

  • Knowledge/experience in the o9 Technologies and/or JDA/BlueYonder based Supply Chain environments is desired.

  • Strong experience in High Priority Incident Management and collaboration with global teams in resolving high priority issues.

  • Strong relational and dimensional database design skills.

  • Strong fundamentals in problem solving, algorithm design and complexity analysis. Hands-on experience with web APIs

  • Experience utilizing Azure DevOps and CI/CD frameworks for best practices

  • Dashboarding and data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Broad knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, caching technologies, serialization formats, and their use in designing and optimizing ML systems is required.

  • Experience in driving functional solutions, multi-generational/year major Transformation projects and experience in driving modules independently.

  • Strong knowledge/experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Logistics, Warehouse Management, Global Supply Costing/Pricing and SOX process

Operational & Behavioral Competencies:

  • Work on multiple problems or projects simultaneously 

  • Proficient in IT application development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Lean knowledge)

  • Participate in root-cause analysis of technical incidents (ITSM, ITIL, Lean BIQ).

  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to lead collaboration with cross-functional & business teams across multiple geographies.

  • Exceptional analytical and thought leadership

  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

The candidate must be very strong in communication skills, both written and verbal. Should be dedicated and have good attitude towards work, self-motivated and willing to take ownership for own & team deliverables. Should be able to work independently on assigned tasks. Should be willing to work on flexible timings to collaborate with global teams on need basis. Flexible to lead & own system improvement initiatives for development, support and life cycle maintenance.

Shift Preference: Flexible, but high availability during Priority incidents.
