Job Description:

If you like being on the forefront of product development and innovation, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Engineer where you will focus on the design and development of engine installation and cooling systems, ensuring that our construction products provide top performance, durability, quality, and serviceability.    

Specifically, in this exciting career opportunity, you can expect to:  

  • Conceive and provide practical engine installation and cooling design applications using complex technical concepts. 

  • Prepare concept, design, development, and feasibility studies for complex engineering projects.  

  • Collaborate in the design, analysis, and computer simulation efforts.  

  • Conduct technical evaluations of major systems on similar industry products. 

  • Organize product tests with proven design and prototype build up and test areas.  

  • Evaluate, define, and resolve design and manufacturing problems.  

 

To be successful you must bring (Basic Qualifications):  

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or similar Engineering curriculum. 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in product design and development.  

Top Candidates will also have (desired qualifications):  

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or similar Engineering curriculum. 

  • CAD design experience 

  • Experience with TeamCenter or similar tools. 

  • Cooling system design experience. 

  • Experience with FEA  

This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
